MTB- Trail Techniques/Core Fundamental *Skills Specific Series
Tuesdays: 4 sessions from Sept 7th-28th

What? Sierra College Community MTB Series.
Our discounted community skill specific clinics only offered in the spring/summer. Varying Skills covered each week- mostly off the trail to better improve your bike handling skills and mental awareness on the bike.
Interactive skill drills clinic utilizing cones, natural features, portable features, ramps and your body and bike. Covering the key elements to improve your riding while building your confidence. Suited for all level of riders. Even the most experienced riders need to refine their skill set and unravel hindering riding habits.

If you want to dive into progressions and more extensive trail application look into our full day clinics, 1-day to our extended-3 day sessions. In the full day sessions you dive deeper into the skills and have the full day to absorb the content and apply the skills to varied terrain.
Where? Truckee- USFS -We will send a welcome email prior to the clinic with the dropped pin as well as our safety measures we are taking for Covid-19.
How long? 1:30hr Skills Specific Session.
What: Skills broken over 4 weeks: Fundamentals (Balance/Gearing/ Body Bike Separation/Key movements, Braking, ) Cornering/Switchbacks, Wheel lifts/ Bunny Hops/ Essential Progressions of the key skills
Wk 1-Fundamentals (Balance/Gearing/ Body Bike Separation/Key movements, Braking)
Wk3- Wheel lifts (front and rear)/ Bunny Hops/
Wk4- Putting it all together with the essential progressions of each skill
