REFRESHER MTB SKILLS CLINIC

Has it been a while since you have taken a clinic and need a reminder of everything that was covered? This Refresher MTB Skills & Trail Technique clinic, will give you that boost in your skill set.  A brief review of the fundamental skills with focus of applying and fine tuning those skills on trail.

This clinic will cover a review of the core essential mountain bike skills and  take them directly to the trail. You will do repeat drills on trail and work on the skills on varied terrain. The Refresher clinic will help you reabsorb  what you had learned in the past.

As riders will come with an already established foundation of skills, there  will be less time doing parking lot drills, as experienced in many of the other clinics, and more time on the trail.

Small group clinic will allow for customized progressions for each rider. Refine and strengthen your mtb foundation skills to ride with more confidence and improved trail technique!

• Master the essential mtb core fundamental skills to ride with confidence and efficiency in a supportive environment in this 1/2 day clinic.
• Clinic appropriate for all levels of riders that have taken a clinic in the past and need a review to optimize their performance and skill set.
•  Skills covered are:
  • balance, braking,  body position, cornering, switch backs, wheel lifts, variance of the skills, and much more.
